Red face google map on Motorola Droid

    Hello everyone,
    I'm new to this forum.
I've had my droid for about 3 weeks.

does anyone know if and how one can save CURRENT location on google map?

also is there a way to save a list of my own favorite places (eg. home, work, Mary, John, etc)?

I've used Google maps several times and it is awesome. I use voice search click directions select Maps and my Droid using GPS my Droid always know my location. I've not tried adding favorites but I believe that if you click layers then more layers you can add My maps and favorite places.
