    HELP!!!! Motorola Citrus Problems

    Hi my name is Tiesha and I have the Motorola Citrus and I got the phone on Christmas 2010. Every since then I have had problems with it, when I'm on the phone it randomly cuts off by it self and people say they call me but I don't recieve them calls. And just starting tonight when I try to open a txt the Screen turns black and goes back to the home screen and it dont show any of my contacts and when I try to make calls the phone is EXTRA slow making the calls please help me.

    Welcome to the forum. Sorry ur having issues but when was the last OTA update on ur phone? Also, have u tried factory reset? It wipes everything clean so u if u decide to factory reset, be sure to save important files. Is ur device rooted? If not, definately take it in to have a tech look at it. Good luck...

    Go to Settings/Privacy/Factory Reset
    Again this erases all data on ur phone
