    Lightbulb Introducing self

I've always been an early-adopter of new tech when finances allowed, starting with a Robie way back when, sweet machine that it was. Actually uncharacteristically resisted cellular phones for a while because I thought street-corner talkers were rude, but I eventually had to have one for work. Never wanted to pop for iPhone to buy the instrument or switch to AT&T. So, rather many cell phones along the way, I've finally gotten to Droid, and can't imagine going back. It's pretty much a little magic machine, and I've nowhere near the experience that the rest of you have to explore its features, but I'm learning fast (thanks for all the informative posts, and the patience).
Just learned that Barnes & Noble used the Android OS for its Nook reader . . . which is pleasing to my hopes that my next purchase will be an affordable tablet with the cool Android foundations.

    Welcome.....Enjoy.....
