The only way to kill the native apps like Facebook and Amazon is to root your phone and rename the apps.
If you rename the apps, that breaks OTA updates.
You could rename them and then put back the original names before an update.
That's what I remember. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

love to but there not listed in the applications, My guess there out of the box. SO how do I get the out of the box ones gone.?

Found no option in my phone to change an apps name. SO how do I rename them
I mentioned how to do it in my last post. I'd advise on just giving this a rest for a bit, until you get more experience. You'd have to root your phone to do what you want, and there's the potential to brick your phone while doing so. Read the link below before you decide to pursue this.
THIS IS WHAT ROOT MEANS (stop asking)

It's not as easy as it sounds for most....Please read everything you can before trying to Root your phone. You can brick it...(i.e. turn it into a paperweight)

i agree... stay away from 'rootin' until you've researched it and decided it's what you really want. the stock apps (if you're not using them) aren't doing any more than using an icon space (yes it's loaded in the RAM but if you're never running them they won't make a dent in performance.)
Thanks dont think I know enough about it to give it a try...
