Video chat between Xoom and Android phone

Trying to use some kind of video chat between my wife's Xoom and my Bionic.
I tried Skype, but it won't allow her to login on the tablet. Doing some quick Googling, it looks like it's a common problem. So I tried Google Talk, but can only get it to work between the Xoom and the web. Calling from the phone or tablet never rings the other device. I see others out there but I thought I'd ask for opinions first.

Anybody have any suggestions or has been successful in video chatting between the Xoom and any Android based phone?

fring works, set up separate accts for free. wife called me from her tablet to my DX when she could not find her fone, lol, vid chat works too...
