How do I apply kexec?!?!?!?!

I guess there is no answer because people were waiting for the penny to drop and you realise your question is somewhat foolish. A google search, a forum search or reading the forum stickies would have made it clear that the Milestone bootloader is locked.

kexec is an IDEA not finished project. An idea how to crack the bootloader, one that has a very good potencial to succeed, here is the wiki that has kexec and other Milestone bootloader cracker methods.
