replacing stock milestone apps (stuff)

I recently rooted my milestone (go me lol) and i replaced the stock boot animation to the droid incredible one. i was wondering if there are other things i can replace. like i heard the nexus one clock/alarm is better than milestones. anyone do this?

"launcher pro" from market = better home screen

you can look into Over clocking now that you have root

you can apply themes (heres the ones I made):
[theme] Black notification bar Milestone 2.0.1 & 2.1 *update and compatibility fix*

get wifi tether
make a nandroid backup
you can download auto memory manager (from market)

... and i think thats about it, should be upto speed with everyone else. theirs also a way to remove build in moto apps but you'd have to look it up

as for the alarm clock, not sure about the differences but try searching
