    I have the Droid 1 and my answer is no. Do you have GPS on all the time? Is there an app that is using GPS? Is there an app that is downloading a lot of data while connected? Some location based app? Just trying to throw some ideas out there. Good luck.

    Mine gets hot alot of the time. But of course I never put it down
