When calling into places that use automated directories phone screen does no always display screen with keypad

Sometimes no display when call ends

Are there any patches for these issues

No screen when you GET a call? That's not good.

The screen is suppose to go dark when you put it next to your ear. It's only suppose to stay like that for about 2 seconds after your remove it from your ear. If you're having problems beyond that I would say get another phone, there is something wrong with yours.
