    TiKL - Touch To Talk (PTT) - Android app on AppBrain

    edit: I didn't realize OP was asking for it to work with Nextel or Walkie Talkies. Tikl Touch uses data, not 'frequencies'. So no it won't work with those services.

    TiKL touch to talk, in the market

    Edit: don't think this will work with nextel or walkie talkies, but it works with others with the app

    TiKL doesn't work with Nextel but it does work great with other TiKL users. Awesome app!
