    complete wipe?

    is there a way to wipe the entire phone and start over? had rooted 2.2 running for a while and it was buggy as hell, decided to restore one of my 2.1s and get the ota 2.2 update. error message on the update.zip manual install because i deleted facebook.

    sorry for my vagueness. i restored to the 2.1. then waited for the ota. that crapped out on me on the reboot phase. so did the manual method, which then craps out cause i deleted the evil facebook.apk. look for a replacement but none of the files i found match what the update is looking for. tired to all this flash/nandroid/sprecovery/froyo stuff. just want a working phone. figured a complete reset would be the best bet

    option 4 in link 2 will get you back to stock 2.0.1 then you should be able to install the OTA updates
