Launcher Pro is my favorite, but a lot of people like ADW launcher.
They are free in the market. -

07-27-2010 10:17 AMI agree with ndhill1976 that LauncherPro is the best. It might confuse you at first as it did to me because of all the setings, but once you learn how it works you can not only get more screens, but more space on the screens to put things, a sweet 3d launcher, and so much more... Try it, its free...
