I don't know of any wireless way to 'sync' with your Droid... syncing with standalone Outlook isn't really even supported.
I think there's a few 3rd party programs (some that cost $$, I believe, but I don't know the names of these programs... sorry) that will help. You could export your calendar & contacts, save to your desktop, then upload to Gmail... and just use Outlook as your master list. However, I'm not sure how to solve the problem of if you add a contact into your phone...
If I were you, I'd replace your Outlook with gmail. As long as you have an internet connection, gmail and google calendar do pretty much everything you could want and it syncs with your Droid wirelessly.
Sorry if I can't be more help.
Best way I've found is to use Google Calendar Sync. It's a free app from Google that runs on your Outlook PC and syncs to and from your Gmail calendars. I like it because I get meeting notifications on my droid, and any meetings I add from the droid gets synced back to my work PC.
Yep, I run the GCS too and it works great. The only thing is I have to set up a dummy gmail account to sync it with then use my real gmail account to import the calendar to a different calendar other than my default. GCS syncs only to your default google calendar.
It works really good to use google calendar sync, I can add or change things from either place (comp or phone) and they get updated. \

GCS doesn't work with outlook 2002 or earlier.
The best way to do this is to buy the new Samsung Omnia 2 that's released today. That's what I am going to do!
I've had a lot of issues with my droid, from call quality to outlook incompatibility to pop email issues... I've had enough! I saw a 19 minute view on the new Omnia 2 that is very similar to the Droid but runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 with same size screen, widget and camera. However, the Omnia will work flawlessly with your Outlook and POP emails.
Although the droid has a lot of cool functions, I need something that's reliable for my business.
Good luck to you all!

I agree with Backnblack. Try Touchdown. Absolutely fabulous.
