    How to tell phone memory from SD card memory?

    How do you tell the difference between whether something is on the built in phone memory or whether something you have dl'd is on the SD card? I have plugged my droid on the computer and folders come up but I cannot tell whether the folder is on the card or not. Any help would be appreciated.

    When you plug your phone into a pc you only see the files on the sd card. If you want to see the files on the phone you will need to install a file manager app.

    What if you don't have an SD card? Files on the phone come up for me when I plug it into the computer.

    PS: I'm planning on getting an SD card...possibly today after work.

    it comes with a SD card already inserted in the phone.

    Holy crap it does! I kept looking for it, but thought it went elsewhere. Upon closer inspection, I have found it! Carry on.

    On a side note, my phone keeps freezing and has since day one. Looks like I'll be returning it for another soon.
