    Question Ringtone

    I have noticed that on many occasions my phone rings with the standard ringtone even though I have a custom one set for the person calling. I don't know why this is happening. Has anyone had the same experience? Any fixes?

    Any chance the custom ringtone is on your sd card and the problem occurs while the card is mounted to your PC?

    Not that I know of. I have the ringtones in the folder for ringtones and it has never been when I was mounted to a computer.
