    +4 and if you go to his site you can get the Helix Launcher 2 for the Droid (do NOT get the Launcher 2 from the Market, that will NOT work). See the thread at Video: New HelixLauncher 2 Coming Soon.

    As usual, you're correct, Hook! Helix Launcher 2 has been reported to be a resource hog and force closes all the time. The issues are discussed here HELP PLEASE Helix Launcher2 keeps looping forced close, which is one of many threads about the issue. Regular Helix Launcher is awesome though and I highly recommend it.

    the beta version does not force close loop if you guys are downloading from market for droid that is no the one yet for the droid the beta version7 is the one for the droid of the dev donate web page

    Only partially correct. The Helix Launcher 2 from the Market won't work on the Droid. On my unrooted 2.1, Launcher 2 from the donation site works fine. Yes, I've had some FCs, maybe 3 a week, but that was the same (for me) with GDE and Home++.

    It does use power; I'm seeing 9% at the moment. About the same as Phone Idle.

    uuh helix sounds good going to try it.. i have 91pandahome2 and home++ and there start to get laggy.
