03-21-2010 12:04 AMSo long as they don't change the hardware that reads the MicroSDHC cards, then the Droid will be able to read them. You might need a driver for them, but that's easy to get and will prob be provided by Motorola or samsung (or whomever gets the new card out first).

03-21-2010 05:21 AMas far as ive read you get a total of 32g. You get 16g card with the phone and can insert another 16g card right next to it if you go buy one.

And yes I do know I am very old
The SDHC protocol as I said elsewhere supports up to 256gb if ever a card becomes available at that size.

03-21-2010 09:31 AMCool, I remember on my old samsung alias (which I just got rid of) it could only support 2gb even after a firmware update. Whomever said you can add a second sdcard had my hopes up (until i read the post under it) since I have an 2gb card from the alias and an 8gb card from my sirius stiletto that Im not really using.
