    Droid unable to sync with gmail contacts.

    I,ve been trying to sync my contacts with gmail after a reset. I keep getting a message that sync is currently down. Can somone please check and see if they get the same message.

    Not having that problem here tonight. I just update my contacts with some pictures and they have sync'd OK

    Make sure you are logged into your gmail, I was pulling my hair out one night and found out somehow I had logged out of my account on my phone. Couldnt tell you how I did it, and it hasnt happened since.
    I touched Lord Stanley's Cup on 1/2/11.

    Thanks for testing. I am able to send and receive gmail. How do you log in/out of gmail on your phone?

    I finally got it working. There was a conflict with a restore from MyBackup. Thanks for all your help.
