New guy needs help

Hey all new too the forum here and i already need some help. recently i got my droid wet for the first time in the 2 years i owned it. it got a very small amount of water on it because it was raining. now the screen will not work. i feel the touch working the keypad works everything works besides screen wondering what i need to do to fix it or what to buy to fix it? any help much appreciated.

Stop using it and put it in uncooked rice for a couple days.

Once it is dry... try a SBF/fastboot restore (whichever it is for your device.) To be honest, it doesn't sound good.
