    any roms still active

    just wondering if anyone knows any good roms for the o.g. that r still live..downgraded for a few days while my d4 is at the shop...

    as in working links..so far all links r old.. seems like cm7 is the only one up

    Really? Peter Alfonso has one on his website called the Bugless Beast. For a Droid 1, you have to go to the Sholes section of his download section.

    I don't use his rom, so I can't vouch for it, but I do use his kernels. So far, I've overclocked to 1.0 using the high power one.

    Steel Droid is good for D1. I'm running 10.0 on my D1, but looks like 10.8 (7/24/12) is out.

    Steel Droid is probably the most active/recent/best.
    CM7 still produces nightlies, IIRC.
