    Post VZM Moto Droid 1 Poor Coverage/Signal

    VZM tells me that the city I'm in lies between two US
    Bases. I'm 1.5 miles from towers near interstate, have
    switched to other towers, and dialed *228 for update all
    w/o success.
    My old LG phone and my other family members with
    VZM iPhones don't have issues.
    Has anyone ever heard of this type of coverage problem?
    Does anyone know if its a Motorola Droid concern?
    VZM has told me that I can get a signal booster for about
    $250? What phones if any have better signals? Thanks in
    advance for any useful upgrade recommendations!
