Is not a chinese rom. It is the chinese lockscreen themes that you can use with any rom.

The cool thing about this milocker app is that now that is available to any device you can download any lockscreen theme from this thread below.

Yea that was one of my gripes.. I also hate how the the themes server is clearly in china and takes for ever to download new themes... I think they have been working on this.. there a re some damn good american made themes in the miui.us fourum I dont see why they wouldnt put up their own us theme server at some point.. its probly just costly.

Yeah I don't like it being in Chinese....uninstall. Bummer too because it was really cool with tons of options...but doesn't matter if you don't know what it is saying.
