Process com.android.setting Liberty ROM

Hi i just flashed liberty and im having a problem with notification and ringtones. I can turn up the volume and it will work fine. But whenever i try to change the ringtone or notification tone i get "the application settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly." (Forceclose). I would of just thought it was a bug with liberty but when i flash liquid smooth before it had the same problem. When im running gingerbread stock, it works fine and i can change my ringtone. What could it be?

I Fixed permissions and have tried everything.
