    email refresh

    how do i get my gmail to automatically refresh. cant find a setting. just the refresh button in the menu when im currently viewing the inbox.

    It should be push automatically. Go into settings->accounts & sync, choose your gmail account and make sure Sync Gmail is checked. It seems that gmail and exchange are a little finicky. Most of the time mine are instant but sometimes it'll take 5-10 minutes to get pushed.
