Receiving and sending picture error?

    Receiving and sending picture error?

    Every time I try to send a picture, it says 'Currently unable to download, try again later.' And then fades away

    I'm not sure if it's an app I installed, but it hasn't always done this.
    I'm also unable to recieve pictures, which I think is a part of the problem.
