Just received my new Trident case and battery today

I just received my new Trident case with battery today. I want to install it tonight. Without rooting my phone, will the new battery reset the .bin numbers with recharging and using until it runs down a few times? Also, if when it runs down and I plug in the original battery into the phone for a while, what would that do?

Update: Installed battery last night around 8pm. phone in standby all night. light use this am, several texts, a couple minutes of phone calls, 3g weather check, half hour of use. from noon to 8 pm today, ran Tune In Radio pretty much the whole time, and tonight, about an hour of video. Downloaded a battery usage widget, it showed 1% pretty much from 3 pm to now, 8:45 pm. I think it is pretty good for the first run, and hope it gets better with battery conditioning over the next few weeks.

Took off charger this am, around 7. Played about 4 hours of movies from netflix. % meter showed at 1 % pretty much from noon on. Just shut down at 9:30 pm tonight.
