That's the ROM. The app pack is here:

    http://android.d3xt3r01.tk/cyanogen/...114-signed.zip

Once you have RZRecovery on your phone we'll get those flashed, so let me know when you have RZRecovery flashed and those on your SD card. I'll talk you through the ROMing process.

do I need to unzip it or just rename it and place on the root?
*nevermind, it is installing the update now.

If SPR gives you that error then either the file isn't on the root or it's named something other than update.zip -- so if you have Astro, boot into the OS and rename the file update.zip. Make sure it's not Update.zip, update .zip, update.zip.zip, or update. The .zip has to be there and it has to be in all lower-case letters.

The root is where you see all the folders. If it's in a folder then it's not in the right place.

You didn't allow before you installed. You have to allow update.zip installation before you install update.zip (deprecated).

Maybe the first time you hit the install ROM option.

How did you verify that the file was named correctly? Did you rename it update.zip in Astro? I've had to do that.
