Verizon's Insurance Provider Asurion

Anybody else not happy with Assurion? Just wondering.

I fixed the spelling of Asurion. Can you delve a bit deeper into why you're not happy with Asurion right now? I have carried their insurance ever since I got my first smartphone 4 years ago. I've had to file one claim when a phone dropped into a bowl of soup. The next day I had a replacement.

dancedroidSame here. Never had any problems with Asurion. Dropped my BB in the toilet, cried a little, filed a claim and had abrand new one the next day. INterested to know what issues you are having with them though.dancedroid

I've never had a problem with them either. They've even let me upgrade phones before and just pay the difference.

I've had good and bad. Sometimes good, but have had then send inferior refurbished phones. One LG replacement they sent lasted only a week before the plastic split. I've also gotten cheap off brand batteries in the replacement phones. In the end, they're just out to make money, same as everyone else.
