    I'm torn on what to do as well. I have a few apps that needs rooted. If I wad to do the GB update could I still root it, I don't care about roms as of now.

    I'm staying. Once they root it I will go on up. With my phone free of bloat and supercharged I suspect I will outperform any GB rom. Can't see any real reason to take a performance hit.

    I gave in & flashed the update. I see on xda that its possible to sbf back to froyo so hopefully that gets confirmed. Otherwise, I gotta say that the update is pretty nice!
