My Pro lost some icons so I decided to do factory reset. The result is that the initial set up was stuck with the backup assistant. The backup assistant kept communicating with server and I could not go through the initial set up to use my phone. Error message is "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time. Please contact Verizon customer support for assistance". There is no options to skip the backup assistant or turn it off. I also tried to hard reset but the problem remained the same. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot.
