    gingerbread auto updates?

    So I am on the limited data plan. I have WIFI at my house so I don't generally update or download anything that isn't urgent on 3g. I noticed with the switch to gingerbread that some things update automatically... not cool. Fixes?

    Hi again. Ok, go to menu>settings>battery and data manager>data delivery. There you can adjust what/when/how things are updated on your phone. You can also select for apps to only update when connected to WiFi. Most apps will give you the option of how often you want them to update. One option is to not have them update at all. If that option is selected then you must initiate the update.
