Will there droid pro 2?

What's the next release of droid pro? Any news?

There hasn't been anything announced (or leaked) for a Droid Pro 2. Motorola recently announced the Motorola Pro+, which is basically a slightly redesigned Pro with a few minor upgrades (with the biggest one being a slight bump in screen resolution). So far, the Pro+ has only been announced for Europe, although there are rumors of a T-Mobile or AT&T release in the states. These two threads have some info, but the titles incorrectly call it the Droid Pro+:

Calling it the Droid Pro+ would mean it's a Verizon phone. At this point it's just the Motorola Pro+, and there's no indication of a Verizon release.

So there isn't any information or rumors on a Droid Pro 2, just the Pro+. And It doesn't seem likely that Verizon would release the Pro+, especially since it's really not that much of an improvement from the Droid Pro. I would like a worthy successor to the Pro (of the 15 different smartphones I've had, it's been my favorite), but sadly it doesn't appear that there's one coming anytime soon.
