    Have you tried a reboot?
Last time you remember having data?

No, it only shows bars. When I turn my WiFi on, I can connect to the internet, but I can't without WiFi.

Go to menu>settings>data manager>data delivery>select background data, data roaming and data enabled.
It says I may incur significant roaming charges? Do you know if this is true? I didn't think Verizon charged for roaming.

They don't, but it always says that.

You might want to try turning on airplane mode for a min, then turning it off....

I'd call Verizon and check. If you didn't change plans when you changed phones there should not be a difference between you BB and your Pro as far as data charges. I am assuming you have the same data plan.

    Hooray, this made my day!
I now have 3G on my droid Pro in the Netherlands with my Dutch sim (which is always roaming on a different network)
