How To Take Apart Droid Pro

I'm looking for instructions on how to take apart my Droid Pro...

Okay, I felt your eyes pop open, your jaws drop and I heard your gasps. Now that you have recovered, I'll explain my situation.

I purchased a brand-spanking new Droid Pro off craigslist. when I got it, everything was still wrapped and sealed in their individual packages. Started up the phone and activated it (his was about 8PM). The following day, I noticed that the left 1/3 of the keypad only lights up intermittently when a key is pressed or when pressure is placed on a particular section of the back of the phone. I figured no big deal, since I pay for insurance through Verizon. I ran back to the store, and the CSR quickly pulled out a new phone to replace mine. However, he asked me for a reciept. I explained my acquisition and he took the time to contact the guy who sold it to me. After literally 45 minutes, he explained that they could not replace it because they guy had obtained it online and he was the only one who coulde make a warranty claim on it (and even told me it was still in the warranty period). Hoever, the @$$}{0L3 I bought it from refuses to return my messages. I called VZW again to see if I could get away with making a warranty claim over the phone, but they already noted my account about the soure of the phone and they want to charge me $90 to replace it. (regardless of source, it's Verizon's phone, one would think)...

Anyhow, I'm figuring my only option is to try and pop it open and see if it's just a loose connector or something in there, but I'd like some guidance from someone who actually knows how to take one of these apart. Any info appreciated.

A CSR at BestBuy told me there was a recall on them, and I figured an exchange would be good enough. But like I explained, they won't exchange it unless the original purchaser makes a warranty request online, so I'm stuck with it as it is...
