    It's a glitch in backup assistant, I have hand cent and black listed it.

    You can call Verizon and get the run around though. They eventually stop, I think.

    If it's not HD it might as well be a newspaper.

    Curious, was your old phone an iPhone?

    Not at all. I've had my Bionic quite a while now. Prior to that I had the Fascinate.
