Driod Bionic Icon

A new icon popped up in my status bar. Not in the user guide either. It's an icon of a telephone handset above 5 dots and a solid bar on the bottom. Right before this icon appeared, I lost sound in my speakers although I had not touched any of the settings. Sound is back now (don't know why, didn't change any of the settings), but icon is still there. Any ideas?
