Any way to force the ICS update?

All,

Stupid question... I've read articles around the net concerning forcing updates for Android phones. Is it possible to do so? And, has anyone attempted this and succeeded?

Not sure about the Bionic but on my Xoom tab I use the google framework example to get updates pretty quick.

On the JB 4.1.1 update I had to do the framework trick about a dozen times. For the 4.1.2 update I had to do it 6 or 7 times.

I've done this trick about 7 times and still nothing yet. I guess I'll have to be patient a bit longer
