wifi issues

Hey guys newbie here . Is it my phone or verizon but it will not let me download any apps from playstore unless i use wifi.also i am unable to get a wifi signal even though there is wifi available. Any help would be appreciated

Hello and welcome... go into settings, battery and data manager, tap on data saver.. make sure that's not marked..

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 version 2.3.6 but I can't connect via WIFI - sorry for sounding thick but I unlocked it from the 3 network to use my Orange PM SIM in it but my WIFI is TalkTalk will it be phone or router problem, I have no idea about the workings of a mobile ohone or Android.

Emmm, you may get a quicker answer if you ask this in the Samsung Galaxy forum. This one is for the Motorola Bionic.
