Ok, I'm very intrigued about this whole chipset thing. Why can't we start a thread about that topic instead of the "all things about everything" thread? That topic sounds like it needs to be its own.
Expected ICS late Q3 or Q4(2012). I called it back in February 2012!
Now Expecting JB late Q2 2013. I called it back in October 2012!
Around post 5k we discuss the differences in the webtop, the old version was a modified Linux, very limited ability partly to lack of swap space. The new is only a tablet style interface to our phones giving us a much higher resolution of our apps, for the people using the HD dock that was an amazing upgrade. (think of HD apps on a "40 HD TV) over all the change allowed for a much much nicer mirror mode of our phones.
If your want more details just pm me. I was one of the few that got to fun full bionic powered unbutu before the change

I rarely use DF on the desktop and mainly use Tapatalk, so if I don't or can't see something in your sig, a vid, or a pic, don't blame me!!!
Ok I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but I am running 246 and when I go into settings and disable apps I have 2 that keep coming back after I reboot. Google play books and play movies. The other apps I have disabled do not come back, just these two and it's driving me nuts. Anyone have any advice besides removing them with TB?
no app, it's the built in functionality in ICS that lets you disable apps.Originally Posted by Soocold
Settings > applications > manage applications (i think). Then select an app you want. When it opens click "disable".Originally Posted by Soocold
