Wow looks like I missed some serious kung fu fighting. Anyway... Kids are ready for bed, wife's out shopping. Work email is set up on my other phone just in case. HoB fully installed and ready to roll. Nandroid and Titanium backups done because I'm paranoid. READ THE HOW TO's AND FAQ'S ONE LAST TIME so Sam doesnt judo chop me if things go sideways. Please keep hands and arm inside the ride at all times, and here...we...go

Just don't complain that the HoB wiped out your webtop cause it didn't flash it and we'll be good. LOL. Do a dry run with the phone disconnected and say N to all the prompts. That'll walk you through it. Then you'll be prepared for when you do it for real.

Well, the only reason to flash webtop is if you modify it so it'll be fine. If you have any issues let me know in the HoB thread.
