Ok - What am I doing wrong - I can connect with phone on and in Fastboot, but no go on ICS - Please help

are you using a USB 3.0 port? mine wouldn't work either till I used USB 2.0. 3.0 isn't supported

No it's a USB 2.0 port as this is an older Core Due Acer laptop :blink:

The window tells you EXACTLY what the problem is and what you need to do to fix it. I can't help it if people can't read. Here's a hint....your install of RSD != the private RSD copy that the HoB requires.

I wish people wouldn't publicly mention small issues like this. I'd hate to see our freaking ICS delayed another 6 months because the goddamn Smart Actions aren't working.

I have also been reading all the posts and just seem strange that everything see it, but can't HoB - Please help Samuri as you are the master :hail:

Thank you both 2THEXTRM and linuxgator. I am confused as well as why this is happening in such a refined build. Ture, have not seen Razr owners with these issues. I will try the Volume all the way down then back up solution, linuxgator.

Other than this issue, the Bionic with ICS is like a brand new phone! Thanks again for your suggestions.

You must not have read EVERYTHING as you missed an entire installer. Which the error in the screen you posted clearly tells you. I don't know how much more obvious I can make it.
