.247.... Dang it.Now I have to walk to the car, in the rain, up hill both ways, barefoot, across gravel and glass, then climb a pile of salt, to get my cable .... Oh the sacrifices we make for a new leak.
EDIT:.... And both my cables are at home. Wonder if I can splice something together....

Nope that's why I asked what your plan was. I'm trying to make sure everyone is covered and I know you were hesitant to update in the first place. Do you need to do this on Linux? I actually started working on a sh script last night to do this with you in mind. It's not done yet but I can probably finish it today if you need it.

And another visit to the HoB is in progress in order to join up with .247. Might even root this time... for the first time ever. Thanks Samurai!
The only thing I had to do was put in AP Fastboot mode manually when the time came...and that was no big deal. The new HoB was not able to make that happen automatically which it did in the previous version I used to get to .246.
A foolish heart hath he who doubts the Samuri...
Oh, I'm not a developer, but I did visit the HoB last night.
Yea, that happened on mine, too. For whatever reason moto-fastboot wasn't able to reboot it. I use quickboot to do it for me when that happens. I may have to put the adb reboot back in there but then that doesn't work for a whole other group of people. I can't win.
It was no big deal to put it there manually, well not for me anyway. I guess I shouldn't speak for everyone on that. Another success story here. I'm now on .247 and rooted for the first time. Now what to do with that ?????

First order of business...back **** up. TiBu or Rom Toolbox Pro for apps, then bootstrap recovery to nandroid.
Is it necessary to have bootstrap recovery? I dont mind downloading & putting info back into all of my apps
Only if you want nandroid backups.
