Nothing just a minor bug fix an JB patch that they werent suppose to incorporate into the ICS OTA it was suppose to be a patch after 246 was released the razr family is getting the same patch

So this is basically a step to ensure we are all (RAZR/D4/BIONIC) on a unified build without having to patch us yet another time? It almost seems like this might be a step they are taking to make SURE that Verizon can't use the "don't wanna give them another patch" excuse to keep us off of JB *LOL*

Pretty much. "Sorry, if you want the D4 and RAZR to get JB, well, the Bionic has to, as well." And it should be easy for them....simply built it for each device from the same source except for kernel and drivers and they're done.

If it does it's 3 weeks from the 27th which is when this build was created. WTF...

Maybe it doesn't, though. Perhaps this is why the Atrix 2 ended up going ahead of us. Maybe this is all a plan to minimize the amount of pre-JB patches.
