I agree, but my point is that I am satisfied with what I have. Not to say that I don't want some other newer, fancier geegaw but I'm not jonesing for it like I was for ICS. Good gravy, Gingerbread (905) was awful for me.

But the thing is what you have is a phone off the upgrade path every time a new leak comes out so once you have taken the dive it's best to stay current.

I hear you. I waited about a week or so before going from 244 to 246 when 246 came out... but there was no reason to jump right away which I think is Crypto's thinking also.. these ICS builds are pretty damn solid.

The fact that it took forever to get ICS onto this phone tells me that after ICS we *might* see JB, but there's a good chance we won't. And I'm okay with it. My phone is working great, like a brand new phone, and I don't feel like I must upgrade other than if I want to.

Actually, 247 means there's a VERY high chance we'll see it at the same time as the RAZR and D4. JB is not even close to as big of an update as ICS was over GB. It's a very minor bump up.

Side-note question while Sam and Sarge work their magic....

Does anyone else have a problem in ICS that the left side of the status bar on the top of the screen is really Dim? I have a temperature think up there but i can't see it cuz it is to dim...the right side of the status bar is fine though.

I have ics on the maxx and it's dim on the official builds. Nothing to worry about, common complaint.
