Things went poorly with my DroidX when I tried to install Liberty, hence the Bionic. As a result, I'm a bit tentative and will just wait for OTA. Or maybe curiosity will get the best of me.

By the way I got my two cases today for my phone. One of them sucked, but the other case is great! Its a TPU case. It looks like clear acrylic, but its rubber.

I had an early BB 9700 Bold that didn't even have enough RAM to allow using it to browse the web--lots of "out of memory" errors.

That may rival your Storm experience...

Did it have a memory leak so bad that you would have to do a battery pull 3x a day to keep it from running out of RAM?

A leaked OTA .zip build that simply hasn't gone official yet is a completely different animal than a custom ROM. You're comparing apples to oranges here.

I don't know, that was never prescribe nor was it a tactic I applied. All I know is that T-Mobile said that it didn't have enough RAM and that was that.

When I bought my Bionic for $60 at Costco, there was a dude hanging around the kiosk that asked, "Vot you do vith old BB?" I told him it was going to go along side my other BBs at home and he offered me $40 for it. I'm assuming some poor slob in Russia is using it.
