I may put out another RSD package for 5.7 again so people can switch between them. See if that makes any difference. But now i have the custom script. It's neat...it'll scan your update dirs, build the menu dynamically, and then it'll prep the phone to install that update. It's very quick. It doesn't do any of the pushing the update or rooting or anything else. It simply preps the phone and gives the instructions for installing the update. That's it.
well, I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and use the HOB this weekend and move up from .232! I did finally install 7.2 but why is the Force whispering to me that there may be a 7.3 forthcoming??

I gave serious consideration to just installing the leak straight, but I want the potential safety net of the HoB. So if I do try to upgrade again, it'll be through the HoB.

I am pretty sure that if you are rooted it will break the process during the install when it checks prior system. That is if you are not using the HOB.

Yea, we've never figured out what it changes. But basically a factory reset AND reinstall is necessary to get rid of it. I refuse to even touch it.

If I can't do at least some legwork to figure out why RSD is not connecting with my phone, I have no business trying to do the upgrade.
I'm gonna put together a 5.7 RSD package in a few minutes. Let's see if that helps. I'm beginning to think the new 6.14 RSD version sucks.

Please, no offense was intended, I had just read about the problems you had last night and was curious. I know RSD can be a PIA sometimes, I once had to run this thing 10 times to get it to work (I am nothing after all if not stubborn).
