Umm, seriously?!? Did you happen to follow the link provided to HOB? That's about the easiest way in the world to do an upgrade. All that is required is to read the directions and be a little cautious.

Since the OTA is imminent I would suggest you just staying where you are at.

Well, if people are like me then they didn't realize how long it would take once the okay was given. We have to wait for Atrix, we have to wait for the soak (hopefully not), and then possibly three more weeks.... six weeks seems like a lot longer than hoping it'll pop-up any day now

Yes, but it's not openly mentioned here you can Google it and find it. That's how I did mine since I waiting until the end.

Not that I don't want to use Sam's awesome work, but I'm at work currently and feel like making the jump from .905 and hoping we can get back on the OTA path lol. I can't install the multiple components for HoB on my work laptop
