Cheesecake is an app for rooted devices (Gingerbread, not ICS). What it does in essence is change the server your OTA updater app points to. You pick 'em from a list. It relies on a weakness in the update framework on GB.

It's a sweet confection made with cream cheese found in bakeries, but that's not important right now.

It's an app you use to pull leak files off of development servers.

Well, I suppose if I ate a few shrooms and smoked a few joints, the number "246" COULD look like "247" - if I really crossed my eyes and squinted enough *LMAO*

I knew that wasnt true. It mustve been a typo wheb the person was really trying to write 246. If any new build really did come out, it would be 248. Thats the pattern of the numbering of versions weve been seeing lately

Is this the first sighting of an actual device intended to be used with VoLTE?

There's two words I dread in this forum.. "Leaks" and "Root". I'm not downloading another leak ever again, and it's a slim chance that I'm going to root anytime soon.. Why do you guys get all the fun T_T

I was sort of thinking that myself. Only going from .246 -> .247 in this many days? I honestly think that .246 really IS the "gold" code, so to speak.
