I also think the reason the core of the remaining bionic modders love it is the fact that it has been all about the workarounds. Breeds ingenuity.

I keep seeing links to this Adam Mills blogger guy bashing Motorola. I honestly don't believe he has a clue. ICS for the Bionic is about as done as it's going to get. Anyone using the leaks knows this. It's up to Verizon, not Motorola to say when we get it officially at this point.
Also, neither Verizon nor Motorola ever promised a unlocked Bionic bootloader, but once again this is up to Verizon.
Adam Mills needs to stick with his "iPhone 3GS, iPad third-generation", has nothing to do with interesting, and everything to do with ignorance.

Yes i know but it seems its been happening since day one. Just frustrated.

When I started getting cell phones they were generally discontinued the week after so I'm used to orphans. Heck, my father owns a Studebaker.

True, it's like buying a car. Some keep it stock and just drive it. Others change the sound system and add seat covers. Others add a Glass Pack exhaust and Nitro. Same car, different owners.

Like a few posted before me i really don't care much for the unlock bootloader at this point since hash and dh got us kexec so its a matter of time for a stable kernel and the development for the bionic have been picking up tremendously thanx to all the devs
Also motorola been doing great with the bionic ics leaks, i've tried everyone of them and its really a treat to see moto improve upon each build
I'm on 238 and its been running great but since theres more roms available and ss 2.11 i've been flashing new roms every other day just for fun
Too bad none of the ics roms use 238 as base wonder why tho
