I've found after doing this several times that the air indoors contains lots of airborne particles, and more often than not the outdoor air contains less particulates. In fact, after a thunder or rain storm the air outdoors is as close to 100% free of airborne particles as it can ever be since the rain catches them and washes them to the ground, so if you want to do replacements of screens and avoid any dust particles, do it outside and if at all possible after a rain storm. I've also found that static electric charge on the screen's glass attracts the particulates, so am anti-static spray cleaner that repels dust works well to keep the particulates from attaching. Here's one example of such a spray >> http://www.aztek.com/Anti%20Static%2...20Cleaner.html, or you can use a home-made cleaner and finish up with a fabric softener sheet to do it your self... >> http://www.ehow.com/way_5852194_home...s-cleaner.html
